Gillian provides care for patients with long-term health conditions such as Asthma, COPD, Coronary Heart Disease, Atrial Fibrillation, Peripheral Vascular Disease, Hypertension and many other chronic disease. 

Gillian can also carry out cervical smears, contraception management, travel vaccinations and general advice on diet, weight and a healthy lifestyle.
