Patient feedback

You can express your thanks to a member of our team by phone, in writing, or in person. Your positive feedback helps us recognise and acknowledge colleagues who deliver great service.

Friends and Family Test

You can give feedback about our services by completing the NHS Friends and Family Test. This is a quick, anonymous survey that takes less than a minute. Anyone who has used our services can take part, including face-to-face appointments, phone consultations, or other services we offer. Taking part is completely optional. We review all feedback regularly to understand what we are doing well and where improvements can be made. Your comments help us improve the care we provide.
