Breast Screening - Bedlington Visit
NHS breast screening is offered to women aged 50 up to your 71st birthday. Everyone registered with a GP as female will be invited directly by the breast screening service.
The NHS breast screening service is currently in the area and have a mobile unit located within the grounds of Lower Bedlington Car Park, Bedlington - Northumberland NE22 6JX. You will receive an invite letter through the post if you are due for screening.
1 in 7 women are diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime, as a practice we encourage you to attend your appointment.
