Clinical Pharmacists are highly skilled healthcare professionals who can provide specialist advice and information to patients and other healthcare professionals on medications. In the practice, they undertake medication reviews, review long-term condition blood results and discuss side effects of medications with patients. 

To arrange an appointment with one of our Clinical Pharmacist, please submit a Klinik request with your medical symptoms and this will be triaged by the duty clinician to determine whether your symptoms would be best assessed by a member of the Clinical Pharmacy team.
